Just Say the Truth
I'm 2010 was diagnosed with less than 50% lung function. Although happy to know what was wrong, I started researching what I could find. Well, I found COPD.net, and it changed my life.
Plenty of technical info, along with touching, uplifting stories that give me hope. Information that I couldn't drag out of anyone.
It also taught me everybody's both different and the same. My GP took over my pulmonologist's job because eight minutes a year with a specialist is worthless.
He retires next month, and as I flow thru stage 4, I get to meet my new doc and start over. Wish me luck.
