Hot weather blues
I live in Florida. During the summer the humidity pretty much stays at 100% which, when stepped out into, will literally take your breath away.
I dread going out
I am in late-stage COPD so I always dread going out. By the time I get in the car, a/c blasting on high, it takes me 5 minutes or longer to recover my breathing to just get going. It is scary sometimes because I fear I won’t recover. It rains most afternoons due to the humidity, therefore, any outings are hard for fear of getting soaked. It’s easier to stay home except for doctor appointments. I make as few of them as possible.
Thanks for listening.
