DebraKay's Story

I am 58 years old and I was told I have COPD 10 years ago. I went on an inhaler and never had a problem until 3 years ago. I caught a cold and ended up in the hospital. My oxygen level was 79. I have been on oxygen 24/7 since. I have a lot of other medical problems as well as bi-polar. I struggle everyday to keep my energy up. So far so good. I sleep about 3 hours a night because of my sleep apnea. But I am doing OK. I have a positive attitude most of the time. I am not ready for the end. I have to much to live for. I am glad I found this website. I think it will do me good to listen to you who have the same problem and a positive attitude.
