I hate getting sick so much! I am on my own chronic illness journey as well and getting sick makes everything so much worse! Every time I even have a sniffle, I get the doc to send me in a z-pack and I get on that zinc stuff along with vitamins. It USUALLY wards it off but sometimes there's just nothing I can do and it stinks! You are not alone, let's hope for the best! Keep on keepin' on, DPM Hi
