Hi nanadee - and thanks for sharing your present medical/surgical circumstances with the community. It's understandable that you are feeling somewhat anxious with surgery scheduled for a month from now. It's a good coordination of effort to make certain the pulmonologist will be part of the team managing your COPD condition in preparation for and following this.
Please do keep in touch with us here - there is a month yet ahead of you before the surgery is scheduled. We are all pulling for you!

Thanks Melanie. I think my anxiety is getting a lot worse, feeling stressed out at work, our garden is coming in at home so it's a whole lot more than usual waiting for me to do when I do get off. My oldest daughter, 35, is having a double masectomy on July 9, my youngest daughter, 28, has a lump that was pea size and now quarter size that she has to get checked out. Wow just so many things going on at once. I do appreciate you reaching out to check on me. I do have an extra day off for the 4th of July, so maybe I can relax a little., that is a lot going on at once. I do hope that the extra day off gives you an opportunity to relax a bit, it sounds like you deserve a break. ~Melanie (team member)
