"I have a question. I am on Spiriva, Symbicort, and sigular. I have constant chest tightness and the doctor told me it was not a side effect of these medicines but I have read all over the place that Spiriva has that side effect commonly. Has anyone else experienced this? If so what has helped to relieve it? Winter inversion in my area really bring on the bad days. Today was not as bad a yesterday but not all that good. "
