Stomach Pay

I was diagnosed four years ago with my specialist stating the onset was sudden and advanced. I have been hospitalized several times and on the last occasion suffered atrial fibrillation with the medics not expecting me to survive the night.

Six months ago I started to struggle even more to breathe and became more distressed. It has taken me time to figure out that as my lungs enlarge to compensate it is increasing pressure on my rib cage and on my diaphragm. I suspect the latter is aggravated depending on what sort and how much food I have eaten. I am learning to eat little and often and this is helping. As I am underweight this is careful balance as obviously I am trying to gain weight. Delicate balance but proving effective.

Hope this helps someone.
