Have YOU had the Endobronchial Valve (Pulmonx) treatment?

Hi Everyone,
If you have or know someone, I am interested talking with them, as I've been approved from this treatment. (After researching and completing the testing requirements)
My doctor won't give me names, due to Hippa regulations, so I ask the copd.net group to help me!
Thanks,
sewingkaren

  1. Hi again, Sewingkaren and thanks for this post. You have posted several times about asking for other community member's experience with this procedure. I'm hopeful any who have had the procedure will share what they know. Have you had a chance to look at your other posts to see if anyone responded to your inquiry in those locations? I know I answered many of these posts of yours yesterday.

    1. Thank Leon,
Yes, I believe I opened different BLOGS. Yesterday, there was a response from a woman that posted she had the procedure 2-months ago, and I asked her if we could talk, but I can't find those responses. I also have done the suggested research. Thank you.

      1. Hi again, karen, and thanks for your reply. All the posts are here on our COPD.net website. If you click on the 'menu' link (upper left-hand corner), you will find the posts listed under 'community', 'questions & answers', or stories. Once inside those headings. you will see posts listed by name (of the poster), and the title of the post. I hope this brief explanation helps you to navigate through all the material.
Either way, remember you are always welcome here. We are glad to have you as a member of our online community.
        Wishing you continued good health,
        Leon (site moderator)

        1. Hi Leon, I found a cite on Facebook: valve friends. This group consists of people around the country who have had this valve treatment. I will continue working with them to get answers. Than you for all your help! Karen

        2. Hi again, Karen, and thanks for checking back in. That's sensational that you found that particular site on Facebook. I'm sure, if you're interacting with people who have already had the procedure, you will find a wealth of information by speaking with them about their experiences. Good luck!!
And please still keep us posted as to your progress.
          Warm regards,
          Leon (site moderator)
