Bloating and copd

Seems like the past few months my abdomen has been like a balloon. Don't matter what I eat or how much, my stomach looks like I am pregnant and I am a man. Dr says to exercise to lose weight, need info on this side effect of copd. Take simmethicone and it helps soom. If I eat small meals and drink plenty of water I don't feel as bloated also. Hope this helps y'all who are bloated and know you're not alone.

    2. Hi Earlene, and we hear you! As you said, others who have COPD have expressed familiarity and experience with bloating, so you are not alone. Remember though, that not everyone has identical symptoms, as people are affected by COPD differently.

      1. Hi Earlene - it's good to hear that you're scheduled for a colonoscopy. You'll probably feel better once you've completed it and speak with your physician. Good luck and keep us posted!
