COPD wanna fight? I will fight!

Returned from a nice Fourth of July weekend, immediately started with the problems. This morning, though, we are fighting. It is 74 degrees with 78% humidity. Quarter mile walk… somewhat brisk… slight incline going out and slight incline coming back (rescue inhaler used 2x) and DONE! Nice fairly warm shower, with no rescue inhaler! OK, I am otherwise healthy, clean… and now ready to fight a flare up! I think maybe I don’t have it anymore? I know I do, but I will fight!

Casey was right! Your spirit definitely shows and this fight is a good one!
I hope you are feeling better now, you did conquer the day with your walk and shower, with no inhaler! Good for you!
I look forward to hearing from you again.
