      <p>Hi DanaHickman and thanks for your comment. The &#39;Trilogy&#39; is a machine that some patients have had prescribed for use at home. Typically it provides non-invasive ventilatory support (CPAP or BiPAP) and perhaps that is what you are using in your circumstances. <br> As part of routine maintenance, the filter should be washed or changed depending on the interval of time that it has been in use. <br> It&#39;s difficult to answer your question without more information so I would advise you (as Jenn has) to be more specific so that we may be able to assist you. However, you may also want to ask for a supervisor or respiratory therapist from the company who provides you with the machine so they can reassess the unit for proper functioning. I think that Philips (the company that manufactures the Trilogy) may have a patient support number as well.
