I have copd and was on Spiriva for about a year and did not do well. Told my doctor it was not working for me but nothing changed till I was hospitalized in December. At that time I went on oxygen and started to do better however as a side effect to a drug given to me I stopped urinating and had to have a catheter inserted about three or four times a day for a week until I started to urinate again. I am now on cruise ellipta and breo ellipta and am doing much better however I find my urin flow still very weak has anyone else had the same problems thanks Garry
