Fiberglass
Hello my name is James. I live in Maryville Tennessee and am 55 years old.
I spent 30 years in the fiberglass and autobody industry - that is why I now have stage 3emphysema and chronic bronchitis. Fiberglass replace asbestos but now the government considers fiberglass just as bad as asbestos, if not worse. I spent 30 years doing that and auto body and paint at my home. In the evenings after I got off at Mastercraft boat company (not wearing a respirator or mask) I wish I knew then what I know now and I would not be in the shape that I'm in.
But I live one day at a time because I am not guaranteed tomorrow. I am on oxygen at night and will soon probably be on it 24 hours a day. So that is my story.
