COPD

Started smoking when I was about 13, friends thought it was cool, parents smoke too so if I saw a pack I would take a few. Back then really didn't hear to much about cancer or COPD, or should say didn't think any thing about it. Well about 53 yrs later know a lot about COPD have it about 5 yrs now, can't work anymore on oxygen 24/7. Try and do things seen impossible, somehow I manage, from sitting around all day get tired, legs feel like pins and needles from sitting. I walk some every day, don't seen to help any... that's about it.
