Hi gettinby! I too am an 80 year old female on oxygen 24/7 and have had COPD for many years. I still manage to live alone and do most everything around the house by myself.
Within the last year I have been having leg cramping at night. It feels like my legs below my knees are freezing cold. The pain wakes me up and I have to get out of bed and stand up to relieve the pain. I am guessing, even with the oxygen supplement, I am not getting enough to my extremities. I plan to discuss this with my doctor at my appt. next month. I wonder if anyone else suffers from this complaint.
    Thank you people!
