    Hi Davoe:
Getting tired easier seems to go with the territory for me, especially since I’ve begun pulmonary rehab. Walking on a treadmill for 20 minutes a stretch seems just that. A stretch!
Yes, there are days that I just don’t seem to ‘unfatigue’. Taking a nap seems to help, if I keep them under an hour and a half.
    The Best!

Everyone is different but something that worked for me was taking a vitamin B complex first thing in the morning about l/2 before you eat. I hope it helps.

Hi Davoe and thanks for your post. Feeling tired with COPD is a commonly reported concern for many members in our community – so you are not alone! I thought you might find it helpful to look over this article on that very topic: https://copd.net/living/tired-vs-copd-tired/.
As far as the ‘body jerks’ you describe – you may want to speak with your physician about that symptom – especially if it is happening on a regular basis. You’ll want to evaluate what is causing that.
Please do check back and let us know how you’re doing.
    All the best,
