  1. Hi Davoe and thanks for your post. Feeling tired with COPD is a commonly reported concern for many members in our community - so you are not alone! I thought you might find it helpful to look over this article on that very topic: https://copd.net/living/tired-vs-copd-tired/.
As far as the 'body jerks' you describe - you may want to speak with your physician about that symptom - especially if it is happening on a regular basis. You'll want to evaluate what is causing that.
Please do check back and let us know how you're doing.

    1. Hi Davoe:
Getting tired easier seems to go with the territory for me, especially since I've begun pulmonary rehab. Walking on a treadmill for 20 minutes a stretch seems just that. A stretch!
Yes, there are days that I just don't seem to 'unfatigue'. Taking a nap seems to help, if I keep them under an hour and a half.
      The Best!

      1. Everyone is different but something that worked for me was taking a vitamin B complex first thing in the morning about l/2 before you eat. I hope it helps.

      2. Hi again, JanD and thanks for sharing what is helping you dealing with the 'tired feeling' that is sometimes associated with COPD. Warm regards, Leon (site moderator)
