Has anyone ever suffered from Prednisolone withdrawal?

  1. Hi nannyglover1953 and thanks for your question. While you may still hear from community members on their experiences with corticosteroid medication use, I thought you might find it helpful to look over this material on COPD and steroids: https://copd.net/treatment/medication-overview/corticosteroids/.
    Wishing you the best,

    1. Hi Leon , which bit of this site do I need to go to to find out more about fostair , IE is it classed as the same as prednisolone ?

    2. Hi nannyglover1953. Unfortunately, at this time, our website has limited information on Fostair. I do know that it is a combination medication comprised of both Beclometasone and Formoterol, marketed in the United Kingdom. The first medication, Beclometasone, is an inhaled corticosteroid while the Formoterol is a long acting beta2 agonist. In this country, the medication Symbicort is considered similar to the medication you mentioned. I thought you may want to read more about Symbicort here:https://copd.net/treatment/medication-overview/medications/symbicort/.
I hope this very brief answer provides you with a bit more insight. Perhaps one of the other moderators will shed more light on this. You may also want to consider speaking about this with your physician.
      All the best,

  2. Great Leon thank you
