Is this pain in the muscles around my lungs from COPD?

My pain seems stop be in the muscles around my lungs. It is not a constant pain but if I reach for something, it kills me. Is this from COPD?

    1. I feel that my lungs are burning and never experienced this before. Was diagnosed 8 years ago. What can this possibly mean?
