"Today I am feeling scared. I am posting this as it is the only outlet I have so I appologise for seeming needy. I have been put on ambulatory oxygen at 4LPM . It is helping a lot when I go out shopping or when doing laundry etc. I am feeling that it is the beginning of the end as I do not know how long people can carry on with oxygen. I am just a worrier I suppose and should just get on with things. "
