"I am feeling somewhat tired but trying to keep busy! I had a long weekend attending a 3-day event which left me exhausted! My COPD flared a bit but I was able to keep going with my Symbicort and rescue inhaler. Being up and active has been my greatest blessing! Copd takes one day at a time!"
