Managing COPD

Staying active, Taking prescribed medications, eating well, hydrating follow-up with your Dr's appointment, don't wait til it gets worse. If you live with your spouse, acting silly, laughing, hugin embracing let that person know how much you appreciate them including your children even if their grown - ups I say Hi or good morning to everyone I come in contact with when i'm out and about. I need to learn not to ride my E-bike everywhere I want to go. July 9th 2026 I had an E-bike accident, this time around I'm banged up pretty bad, did go to the ER. Lately I've been holding on to walls and furniture, standing still believing I was falling. Sometimes I miss a step or two. this might sound silly, Is there a test for balance? anyone! please.

  1. Hi . Great advice! Thanks for sharing.
Have you talked with your doctor about your balance issues? Most of use lose some balance as we age and many people lose balance after injuries, but we can often regain it. Your doctor can help you figure out the cause and maybe also refer you to physical therapy. Keep us posted if you don't mind. I'll be thinking of you. - Lori (Team Member)

    1. Will keep you posted thanks for the support ❤️💕

  2. I have an appointment this month. Last year I slipped on ice and had a head concussion ever since this slipped I’ve had headaches every single day. I don’t know if it’s from this or I’m gradually feeling the effects of maturity. I look youthful at 65 but the process of nature continues, I’m just trying to embrace her best I can.
