COPD LIFESTYLE AFTER DIAGNOSIS

I'm 61 and was recently diagnosed with copd after a 5 day hospital stay with double pneumonia.and on top of that I was smoking over 2 packs of cigarettes a day and my wife smoked a pack a day so thats 8 dollars a pack times 3 is 662 a month I was paying and I enjoyed smoking for 48 years and they tell me I have to quit.

Thank you for the article 🙏 about quiting smoking it hit me.I am a member but very seldom post.My name is Peggy Williams.Barbara Moore was always good to.I have had Copd close to 6yrs now.I did the 6 minute walk a few times.The last time my pulo.put me 24/7 with oxygen.All the best to copd team.I have new CT and echogram Monday a.m. when I get results I will be back on copd.net
