I Had To Smile
Reading the article on what a COPD patient should have which included a good doctor and an action plan I could only smile. I have neither.
Doctor struggles
I was diagnosed about three years ago. My last doctor used to ring me. The last time, I didn't hear the phone and she left a message saying she would ring in two weeks. Five months later I gave up waiting and changed doctors. He said to go to the surgery, I replied that I couldn't breathe in the cold air. Haven't heard since. So much for the NHS. I'm not difficult but I'm also not pushy and it seems that you have to demand attention before you get any.
